Fair Usage Policy and Service Restrictions

Other than plans designated as wholesale or supporting dialers, continuous or extensive call forwarding, auto-dialing, telemarketing or other call center activities that result in excessive usage inconsistent with normal residential, home office or small business usage patterns are prohibited. Excessive usage will be presumed if you call more than 4,500 minutes per line or channel during a billing cycle. Prohibited calling activities will be presumed if average call durations are less than 1 minute, the number of unique phone numbers called exceeds normal calling patterns or call distribution is concentrated in high cost areas of free countries. Customers are prohibited from using the Service for fax broadcasting or fax blasting, to deliver unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials or solicitations, or as the callback or removal callback number for any such service regardless of whether or not the solicitation was made using the Service. M2S Integration reserves the right to limit total usage, exclude high cost areas or terminate service in these instances without notice.

Federal Fees, Taxes and Surcharges

M2S Integration is required to collect taxes and fees on behalf of federal, state and local government entities. Taxes are based on your location and are subject to change. Services subject to taxes and fees include Hosted VoIP, M2S Cloud and SIP Trunking Usage charges, such as International and Toll-Free, are subject to taxes and fees. RRF and E911 are industry-standard fees and separate from government taxes. States and local municipalities often charge their own USF and E911 fees, or other taxes Government taxes, surcharges, and fees are pass-through charges that are paid by M2S Integration directly to each entity.
